Graduates

Our graduate offer is designed to attract tomorrow’s leaders — so you can expect superb training, outstanding career prospects and a competitive remuneration package.

We’re looking for ambitious, high-achieving built environment graduates and conversion students, to build our teams of the future. We have exciting opportunities for architectural technologists, building surveyors, cost managers, engineers, measurement surveyors and project managers. Each programme is tailored for successful careers, giving you the right balance of training, experience, challenge and reward. We offer professional membership and progression with RICS, SCSI, CIBSE, IEMA, and CIAT to compliment the training received in the workplace.

You can apply in September each year, with assessments and interviews taking place in December and January.

It’s really helpful that we’ve got APC assessors in the company. They can give you tips on chartership process and things you need to bear in mind for the assessment.
