Project managers
As a graduate project manager you can expect to get involved as a team member on a wealth of different assignments, with our support at every step, while benefiting from a full programme of high-quality learning. The range and depth of experience we offer helps explain our high pass rate for Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), and will give you the best possible grounding for your career.
A collaborative experience
Teamwork is the key to our approach, and client relationships are at the heart of our business, so you can expect opportunities to work directly with clients, and with specialists from different areas of our business. We’ll encourage you to step up and take a leading role whenever the time is right, to test your skills and develop your confidence. As part of the team you’ll join forces with senior MRICS, MAPM, PRINCE2 and NEC 3 & 4 accredited professionals, while having an APC supervisor to provide ongoing support and guidance.
A broad range of projects
We are known for the diversity of project experience we can offer. Our graduates support project work which can typically range from £50,000 to £7m, spanning both the public and private sectors and where the firm performs the role of designer, contract administrator, project manager or employer’s agent.
We support your direct work experience with structured learning, including weekly seminars and access to external events. Most of our project management graduates are ready to go for their APC in around two to three years. You can apply for a graduate role at Hollis between 01 September and 31 December each year.
