Our story
Since 1991 we’ve shaped our own path to the forefront of real estate consulting, always guided by our clients’ interests. Remaining independent, and now employee owned has enabled us to act on foresight, building in-house specialisms and a Europe-wide network of offices ahead of market demand. Meanwhile we’ve sought and nurtured the sector’s best talent. And now, as real estate becomes increasingly complex, we’re equipped to take on every challenge and opportunity our clients face.
In 2021, we became an employee-owned business, meaning that our business is held and managed on behalf of our employees. We all share in its success and are able to take advantage of its greater opportunities. The EOT structure reiterates our commitment to our employees and the importance we place on our culture.
2024 marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter, with our newly appointed management board. We look to the future committed to driving sustainable, profitable growth and to continuing to deliver our Hollis hallmark of quality for our clients.
