Environmental and ESG consultants
Graduates joining either our Environmental or ESG teams will work towards membership with the Institute of Environmental Management Assessment (IEMA). Here at Hollis, we have structured training in place which fulfils the requirements of the IEMA training programme. We offer structured training for the Associate (AIEMA), Practitioner (PIEMA) and Full (MIEMA) membership levels and are committed to providing all candidates with access to professional development to enhance and compliment the training they receive in the workplace. You’ll be assigned a mentor to work with you over the duration of your structured training to ensure that you receive relevant experience in the required competencies.
Hands-on experience
You’ll get to work side-by-side with a variety of different managers, including specialists recognised as experts in their fields. This multi-disciplinary diversity makes us different, and means that we never need to send graduates on secondment to get the experience they need. Also, because we’re independent, clients come directly to us, so there’ll be opportunities to work closely with clients too.
Building confidence and connections
We’ll encourage you to step up and take responsibility whenever the time is right, to test your skills and develop your confidence. Client relationships are at the heart of our business, so (unlike some organisations, where graduates are seen but not heard) you can also expect opportunities to work together with our clients.
