Hollis, one of the UK’s largest real estate consultancies, has celebrated its 30 year anniversary of business in Bristol and the South West.

The firm held an official celebration party last week, hosting clients, industry contacts and staff from across the South West region with a kayaking event that took place at the Bath Canoe Club. It was an all-day event that hosted 14 of Hollis’ current clients.

Having moved to their current Berkeley Square base in Clifton in 2021, the South West team has continued to grow and now employs 27 members of staff. Hollis’ client base in Bristol has also grown with the team servicing LGIM, M&G, AEW, University of Bristol, Schroders and The Crown Estate among many others over the last five years.

The Bristol team specialises in ESG consultancy, project management, technical due diligence, development monitoring and dilapidations, alongside a suite of wider integrated technical services including MEP engineering, measured surveys and neighbourly matters advice.

Hollis has contributed to some large scale and significant projects in Bristol and the South West over the last three decades. Most recently, a project management-led appointment at Neighbourhood North was shortlisted at the British Council for Offices (BCO) South of England Awards and was a finalist at the RICS regional Awards.

Will Pasco, Regional Managing Director South West said of the celebrations: “It was fantastic to celebrate 30 years of successful business in the South West and to invite clients and staff to an enjoyable afternoon of kayaking. Bristol and the South West continue to attract investment from the UK and overseas and the region has grown significantly over the last decade. We look forward to continuing to help shape the future of this exceptional part of the country.”
