Since we first began our journey in Battersea back in 1991, we’ve shaped our own path and always put our people and clients first.

What started as a small team, has grown to a truly multi-disciplinary business of almost 500 people across 21 offices spanning 6 countries. It’s been an incredible journey of growth, evolution and unwavering commitment to delivering excellent service. 

Now, as we move to our next chapter, we’re bringing both of our London offices together at a brand-new location in the City at 138 Cheapside, right across from St Paul’s Cathedral. 

This change marks the end of an era as we say goodbye to Battersea – the location where it all began. Our new office is more than just a fresh start, it’s a reflection of our ambition for growth.  

Designed to foster synergy and innovation, it’s a space created with our people in mind – an environment where everyone can thrive as we invest in our people’s needs and shape a more forward-thinking future for everyone.  

Commitment to sustainability and innovation 

By uniting our Battersea and City teams into one single London base, we’re creating an office that enhances efficiency, sparks new ideas and boosts collaboration, all while keeping us close to many of our clients. 

At Hollis, we’ve always been about people. We’re committed to making a positive impact and being a great place to work by providing a sustainable and wellbeing focused workplace. This relocation is a statement of our brand and values and at the same time nurtures our talent in a vibrant and dynamic environment. 

In line with our sustainable vision, we’ve designed the space to meet high environmental standards, targeting a BREEAM Excellent certification. We’re also repurposing our furniture from both of our offices and reusing elements from an existing fit-out. 

With increased meeting room capacity, access to daylight and glare control, a wellness room, better end-of-trip facilities, break-out areas, multi-functional spaces for collaboration, and state-of-the-art technology, we’re making sure our new space is a place everyone feels confident and comfortable.
