My weeks are all about multi-tasking (thankfully something I am good at) – juggling workload, new instructions, developing client relationships and maintaining regular contact with the team. One of my greatest achievements has been helping the measured surveys team grow. Effective recruitment and management of people plays a huge part in success and I’m proud to be responsible for a team contributing to the overall development of Hollis –it’s very satisfying.
