Leading the exponential growth of the ESG consulting team has been extremely rewarding, the opportunity to work on a more sustainable and equitable built environment is energising. I love that I get to work with idealists every day. Like-minded people who share the same passion to improve the built environment. Previously the focus of ESG was environmental impacts, as this matures, I’m looking forward to seeing greater focus on the ‘S’ – creating positive social impacts.
