My role at Hollis includes deepening and development of the Neighbourly Matters service and team in the North region. Historically the focus has been in providing development advice and unlocking neighbourly matters surrounding the delivery of complex city centre and infill re-development projects. Current commissions extend to the differing challenges presented by regeneration projects involving transformational changes in development density and city/townscapes, with areas moving from low or modest development density to high density. The issues presented are both legal and technical and the opportunity this brings to work with developers, funders and other advisor to deliver is consistently rewarding.
