Our award-winning apprenticeship programme is a defining part of our drive to nurture the next generation of real estate consultants.
Since 2016 the Hollis Apprenticeship Programme has become a highly sought-after route to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Building Surveyor. We also offer roles beyond surveying from engineering and business development to audit and compliance and facilities.
We provide an optimal balance of formal training and on-the-job learning, enabling you to gain your qualifications while earning a salary. You’ll spend 80% of your time getting real working experience, with close supervision and guidance from senior teams. We’re strong advocates of apprenticeships because they’re a great way to build teams, inspiring both our apprentices and their mentors.
