We were appointed by the landlord to project manage the CAT A refurbishment of this industrial retail park in Hampshire. The two units were subsequently sub-divided to let to two incoming tenants.

Works included a complete internal strip out, a roof overhaul, drainage, water and electrical works and new installations to the walls throughout. Also included in the works was the conversion of the garden centre into additional car parking areas for the site as well as external cladding, and structural elements.

The works were completed whilst other units in the park were live, so careful steps were taken to ensure minimal disruption. Although there were late additions, the project was completed to a high standard and on time.
