We were appointed to complete a ten-year plan for Canmoor and Tristan Capital, which focussed on the building fabric, M&E, lifts and costs for their year one budget.

We inspected the roof, elevations, windows, doors, external hard standings and multi-storey underground car park. We then did the same with the internals. We identified existing defects and defects likely to occur within the ten-year timescale and inputted these within the GoReport template. We also reviewed the condition of the mechanical, electrical and public health elements.

We added value by changing the template to include comments on spending per sq ft going forward, which saved the clients from having to do the calculations themselves. Using GoReport helped speed things up and we delivered the report within ten working days.
