December is a month of celebration for many, but it can also be tough and challenging. As a business we believe in the importance of giving back, especially at this time of year.

Historically, Hollis has gifted client’s during the holiday season as a thank you and to spread some festive cheer. From advent calendars to chocolate bars, and even a digital campaign during Covid making Christmas wishes come true, our campaigns always aim to spread some merriment and be all together different.

This year is no exception and Hollis branded socks are making their way across the UK and Europe! With 3 designs all in #HoHoHollis style, you can be sure your feet will be both warm and fashionable this festive season. However, it isn’t just our clients and staff who we want to give back to, it is our communities too. Through encouraging participants to take a picture of themselves wearing their Hollis socks and posting on social media, we will make a £10/€10 donation to charity for every post – so pull your socks up and get snapping! It’s just one way we are planning to give back this year.

We have also donated to CRASH’s Christmas card appeal. CRASH is the construction industry’s charity aiming to help homelessness and hospice organisations with their construction projects. Creating projects that care for those at their most vulnerable, it is a charity all of us at Hollis are passionate about supporting.  We are also proud Foundation Partners to LandAid, who work tirelessly to end youth homelessness; we enjoy and believe in fundraising for and supporting their many initiatives.

It is at the core of our business to support the communities around us; this year alone we have raised over £30,000 for charity, including our charities of the year, MIND and Befrienders Worldwide. The last few years have played a toll on people’s mental health and these charities work hard to provide vital support ensuring no one faces a mental health problem alone.

As we look forward to celebrating the festive period with our clients and colleagues at various events, the excitement is also building internally for our annual, and eagerly anticipated, charity Winter raffle; just another way #TeamHollis digs deep.

To all of our clients, friends and communities, we wish you health and happiness for the festive season.
