We acted as development monitors for Tritax on the design and construction of this new-build 1.5m sq ft distribution warehouse, along with associated infrastructure, car parking and external works.

Our role included undertaking a comprehensive review of the development from a technical perspective, monthly visits to check site progress, approval of drawdowns and regular financial reporting. We also monitored and ensured compliance with the agreed design at all stages of the development.

During the course of the project, various aspects of the original design were altered and adapted to fit the tenant’s evolving requirements. This required careful management in order to document changes accurately and manage expectations where necessary.
