We are currently providing cost management consultancy for the conversion and extension of a former office building into a 431 bed, 4 star hotel.

The project is situated in an enclosed city centre location with a four lane highway passing directly underneath, adding complexities to the project.

We have been appointed to provide full pre and post contract cost management consultancy across the three project phases: strip out, demolition/structures and fit out. This involves working closely with the design team to provide a detailed cost estimate for the works to give them a clear cost framework to design around, facilitating the tender process for the strip out and establishing regular cost reporting to ensure the project remains within budget as design develops.
