We are excited to announce that Malcolm Hollis have appointed three new Equity Partners to the board, including one who originally joined the business as a graduate.
The three new Equity Partners are Chris Sullivan, Jamie O’Brien and Peter Martin. All three have been with us for over ten years, with Chris having joined our London office as a Graduate in 1999 and working his way up through the business.
These appointments have doubled the size of our equity board.
Senior Partner, John Woodman, says: “Chris, Jamie and Peter have all made exceptional contributions, not only to the development of the firm, but to the wider surveying industry. Following our decision to remain independent, we felt it important to demonstrate to our clients and team that we are going to keep moving forward. All three have been with us a long time and have responsibility for key geographies and service lines for us.
“As a firm we have always prided ourselves on our ability to retain the best talent and help them develop and further their careers. Chris is a great example of this, having started as a fresh faced graduate whose best asset was his Bloody Mary, to now being one of our most respected experts.”
Chris Sullivan, Birmingham – Chris joined Malcolm Hollis in 1999 as a graduate in the London office. In 2004 he opened our Birmingham office, which now turns over more than £2m per year with 19 staff. He also manages our dispute resolution service and sits on the RICS Dilapidations Forum.
Jamie O’Brien, Manchester – Jamie oversees our activities in the North West, heading up the Manchester office and managing the recently formed Liverpool team. He joined us in 2004 and in 2010 he launched our measured surveys service, which now has a team of 10.
Peter Martin, Glasgow – Peter joined Malcolm Hollis to open the Glasgow office in 2001 and then opened the second Scotland office in Edinburgh five years later. He is head of the CDM service and specialises in dilapidations, technical due diligence and project services.
