We have extended our client offering with the launch of a new cost management service.

As part of our continued expansion across the UK and Europe, we have introduced the cost management service to support both current and future clients. Our specialists will be able to provide early feasibility cost advice, detailed cost estimates and cost control during the design stages, through to post contract cost control and final accounts. The new offering will dovetail our 19 other client services.

We’re pleased to have appointed cost management specialist Mark Smith as Partner to head up the new provision.

Mark joined from Turner & Townsend, where he was a Director. He has experience of working in numerous industry sectors including retail, commercial, industrial, education, leisure and sport. He has successfully delivered projects in excess of £100m and has a great deal of experience of driving efficiencies into programmes of work. He is based in our Birmingham office.
