We are pleased to welcome ten new starters to our offices across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
Adrian Micallef joined our Leeds office as a senior engineer. He has over twenty years of experience in the engineering and surveying sector and specialises in risk assessment and surveying solutions.
Andrew Griffiths joined our Glasgow office as an environmental consultant. He is a recent graduate of the University of Stirling where he completed a Master Honours in environmental management. Andrew undertook a placement with us in 2017 and specialises in risk assessment, technical due diligence (TDD) and environmental permitting.
Conor Lynch also joined the our Glasgow office as a building surveyor. He is an experienced building surveyor who joined us from Cavendish Maxwell, in Dubai. After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2014 with a degree in Building Surveying, Connor worked for Brown + Wallace LLP. He will work across all clients in the Glasgow office, undertaking inspections, reporting, and managing various projects.
Cristina Gasco González joined our office in Madrid as an associate. Cristina has 19 years’ experience in real estate development and is responsible for development, project and cost management services.
Paul Magill joined our Liverpool office as a senior chartered building surveyor. Paul previously worked at Trident Building Consultancy Ltd, where he focussed on dilapidations, contract administration, technical due diligence (TDD) building surveys, and reinstatement cost assessments.
Wioletta Simlat joined our office in Berlin as a project manager. Having attained Bachelor Honours in architecture and civil engineering at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg, Germany, Wioletta was later awarded best in faculty for Architecture, Civil Engineering and Urban Design, for her thesis submission as part of her Master Honours in climate adapted design and operation.
Kyle Faloon joined our Dublin office as a building surveyor. Kyle recently graduated from Ulster University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in building surveying.
Darren Worsley joined our London City office as an associate. He joined from Ward Williams Associates where he managed their residential sector department. With over 17 years’ experience of multi-discipline quantity surveying, he has worked in various sectors, including commercial, retail and infrastructure.
Kevin Howes was also appointed to our London City office, as a senior chartered building surveyor. He has 18 years of industry experience which spans both public and private commercial sectors and specialises in technical due diligence.
Will Hooker joined our Ashford office as a building surveyor. He graduated from London Southbank University with a Master Honours in building surveying. During his time studying, he worked for East Thames Housing Association and Folkestone and Hythe District Council, as a building surveyor.
