Adrian Poucher
Director
Pan Ireland
Leading European real estate consultancy Hollis has appointed Adrian Poucher as its first Pan-Ireland Director, a new position that forms part of its continued expansion in the region.
Having joined Hollis is 2006, Poucher was part of the team that originally opened Hollis’ Dublin office in 2007, before going on to take the role of head of operations for its Northern Ireland team.
Hollis’ Dublin and Belfast multi-disciplinary teams work on a mix of local, UK based, European and international investor, developer and occupier clients. The team provides specialist services including transaction based technical due diligence, ESG and energy consulting, project management and monitoring, cost management, rights of light and mechanical and engineering.
Of his new role, Poucher says: “The Irish market is influenced heavily by both UK and European legislation, making it different to many other geographies. Our working knowledge and experience of both appeals to clients as they continue to navigate the impact that Brexit has on real estate in both the north and south of the island. Our teams in Dublin and Belfast have worked closely together for a long time, whilst also drawing on the expertise available to us from our colleagues in our network of twenty-two UK and European offices.”
Jamie O’Brien, European director, says: “Adrian has played a key role in building our offering in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for the last 17 years. His knowledge and experience of both markets and the relationships he has with the team and our clients made him the natural choice for leading a pan-Ireland team. Under Adrian’s leadership the two offices will be able to work closer together than ever before to enable an agile, one-team approach that will benefit our clients.”
As well as its Dublin and Belfast offices, Hollis has a further 20 offices across England, Scotland, Wales, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.
