We’re excited to announce the appointment of two new directors to our Birmingham office as part of our ongoing growth strategy in the Midlands.

Darren Quincey joins us with over 30 years of experience in the construction and property sector. A qualified  project manager and quantity surveyor, Darren brings a wealth of expertise across education, logistics, commercial, and accommodation sectors. His practical understanding of client expectations and project delivery – on schemes ranging from £10,000 to over £3 billion – will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes for our clients across the region.

Alongside Darren, we welcome Gary Williamson, a highly experienced building surveyor with nearly three decades in the industry. Gary has worked across virtually every asset type and has led multiple successful teams, including one of 13 surveyors. His deep knowledge of purpose built student accommodation, including projects like the 814-bed Crown Place in Birmingham, will help us expand our services and mentor the next generation of talent.
