Over the past few months, we have boosted our London workforce with a collection of new starters at our Battersea and London City offices.

Andy Peters has joined our London Battersea office as a building surveyor. He graduated with a degree in building surveying from the University of Reading, where he was the president of the Reading University Construction Society. He has joined us following a placement with Stace in 2017.

Christine Chan has also joined the London Battersea office as an engineer. She has a bachelor’s honours in architectural environment engineering from the University of Nottingham and a master’s in construction management from the University of Reading. Christine has started with us following time at Frencon Construction and Talent Mechanical and Electrical Engineers Ltd.

Joe Hawkins joined the London City office as a chartered building surveyor. After achieving a first-class degree in building surveying from Nottingham Trent University, Joe began at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked in Landlord & Tenant and Project Services.

Megan Willis-Richards joined us as a Geomatics surveyor in the Measured Surveys team. She graduated from Durham University in 2016, where she studied Environmental Geoscience. She later went on to study Surveying and Land/Environmental Management at the University of Exeter. Megan brings a background in environmental geology, laser scanning and geothermal energy to Malcolm Hollis.

Toni Goldsmith has joined the London Battersea office where she works in the Measured Surveys team. She previously spent three months working at Malcolm Hollis in 2017, on a placement. Toni graduated from Newcastle University this year, with a bachelor’s in Surveying and Mapping Science.

David Gilfedder has joined the London Battersea office as an environmental consultant. After graduating from the University of Cardiff in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geoscience, David worked as a Geo-Environmental Consultant at WYG Group across a range of projects in London. He specialises in assessing and remediating contaminated land.

Peter Staegemann joined the London Battersea office as an engineer. He graduated in 2014 from the University of Cape Town, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Mechatronics. Peter has joined Malcolm Hollis from WYG, where he worked as an M&E Consultant specialising in design.
