The Malcolm Hollis graduate programme has been very successful since its launch in the 1990s. Many of our current Partners began their careers at Malcolm Hollis as university graduates.
Partner Charlie Wildash joined as a graduate in 2007, and is now head of the London Battersea office specialising in dilapidations. He also assists with our graduate program, acting as a counsellor for the new entrants.
Partner David Cox joined in 2004 after graduating from Northumbria University with a degree in building surveying. He is now the head of the Newcastle office. David, like Charlie, is responsible for training graduates and we have close ties with the local university to provide work experience opportunities for building surveying students.
Commenting on this year’s graduate intake, John Woodman, Senior Partner, says: “Our graduate program has moved from strength to strength over the past twenty years, and I’m delighted to welcome our new graduates to the team. As the need for skilled workers in property and construction increases, we believe that it is important to invest in the future and ensure that tomorrow’s workforce is as educated as possible.
“The number of applications for the programme has increased over the years and the calibre of graduates remains high. We wish our new employees a long and successful career with us.”
