The last few weeks and months have been a rollercoaster and the impact of COVID-19 is being felt by many businesses. At Hollis we are continually looking for ways to help our clients navigate these challenging times and tackle common tasks during the restrictions. It is times like these when people need to be innovative and find new ways of delivering services.
A lot of assets are empty, potential tenants are not able to visit spaces, contractors are working with skeleton teams, but sales and acquisitions of assets are still progressing; we too need to be innovative in keeping our commitment to our clients and our standards high.
Whilst we are all predominantly working from home, we are still undertaking inspections albeit in smaller teams, and when it is safe to do so. We have invested in 360 cameras (H360) that can create walk-throughs of assets to allow inspections to be undertaken remotely.
- Marketing collateral – If you are a landlord, agent, flexible office space provider, retailer or a service provider that requires clients to see space, why not create a virtual tour to allow people to visit your (available) space via the screen? These tours allow people to really interact with the space from the comfort of their home office.
- Asset management – Have you ever considered creating a virtual space of your plant rooms and tagging the equipment in the room? We can create this for you to allow your Asset Managers to collate the data they need remotely and review the information over and over again.
- Site progress – If you are a contractor and you need to show progress on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to your client, we can provide that virtually.
- Schedule of condition – For landlords and tenants alike it is very difficult to determine what the ‘original state’ of a leased property is at the end of a lease. With our H360 cameras we can log the entire space photographically and make annotations in the places where this is required.
You can view an example of our H360 virtual tour here.
