As we end our fundraising year, we’re pleased to proudly share that we’ve raised an astonishing total of £12,540 plus gift aid this year with the help of our teams, clients, partners and network. This incredible achievement marks the highest amount we’ve ever fundraised since our Charity of the Year scheme began in 2017.

Our chosen charity for 2024 was Alzheimer’s Society, an inspiring charity that vows to help the devastation caused by dementia through support and research. We’ve taken the opportunity to fundraise through various events, such as HollisFest, our company-wide summer celebration, our festive campaign, sports days, employee donations and more. For the final fundraising event, a bake sale was held in several offices across the UK and Europe, followed by a ticketed in-house performance from our Hollis band.

Reflecting on our success

Your generous donations have enabled us to make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer’s. Each donation has contributed greatly to the charity, and this support benefits countless individuals and families. We’re so grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey; thank you for your consistent support and contributions!

Looking ahead: Our Charity of the Year for 2025/26

As we look forward to the new fundraising year, we’re excited to announce our Charity of the Year for 2025/26 is The Brain Tumour Charity, recognised as the world’s leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. This cause is exceptionally close to our hearts, following the diagnosis of our Founding Partner, John Woodman.

Our first fundraising event for The Brain Tumour Charity will be a challenging hike along the beautiful Suffolk Coast on Saturday 03 May. This courageous trek will see six dedicated hikers from #TeamHollis pushing their limits to raise funds and awareness. You can support the team with any generous donations you can provide here.

A huge thank you goes out to our Charity of the Year group, whose hard work and organisation has been instrumental in our achievements.

Stay tuned for more updates on our fundraising activities and upcoming events. And let’s continue to make a positive impact together and support those in need.

Our Charity of the Year (COTY) group lead, Katie Goldsmith commented:

“Leading the 2024/25 COTY group has been a great experience. Not only have I been part of a group that truly makes a difference, but we raised our highest fundraising total ever. Although challenging, I’ve had fun getting stuck into a wide range of events and successfully launching our new festive campaign.

Being able to choose causes that are dear to our hearts makes it even more special, I look forward to coming up with some great fundraising ideas for our 2025/26 COTY, The Brain Tumour Charity.”

Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Early Careers, Vicki Palmer commented:

“I was delighted by our achievements this year with Alzheimer’s Society. Our teams united to fundraise, which is a testament to our commitment and genuine care for making a positive impact.

Giving back is more than just a responsibility; it is a fundamental value that unites us as a team and defines who we are.”
