All certifications are easier to achieve the sooner the goals are known! For a new build or renovation, it is best to get started six months before construction to ensure everything is in place to reach the best score.
Pre-assessment: for any certification you may want to know how a building will score before completing the certification. We can complete a pre-assessment to advise on how the building would score as is, or in the design phase.
Optimisation report: this report advises how to reach the desired certification level and the costs it will take to get there.
Improvements: if improvements are needed, our project management team can support you.
Certification: the final step to receive building certification and recognition of the building’s achievement.
