Our graduate offer is designed to attract tomorrow’s leaders — so you can expect superb training, outstanding career prospects and a competitive remuneration package.

Graduates

If you want to shape the built environment and build a future you’re proud of, our graduate programme is designed with you in mind. We offer strong training, real responsibility and a competitive remuneration package.

We’re seeking ambitious built environment graduates and conversion students to join our teams across architectural technology, building surveying, cost management, engineering, environmental, ESG, measurement surveying and project management.

Every programme is designed to support long‑term success, combining experience, professional development and progression. We offer support towards membership with RICS, SCSI, CIBSE, ISEP and CIAT, alongside workplace learning.

Applications open in November, with assessments and interviews in December and January.

What our people say
"As a graduate building surveyor, you can try out a real range of work including dilapidations, projects, RCAs, surveys and rights of light. It really helps you to decide what you might like to specialise in later."

Mair Fenney

Chartered Building Surveyor

"Working at Hollis over the past two years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving 3D point cloud data, CAD and BIM software."
