  • Simon Goodrick is a Director of Surveying based in our Birmingham office
  • Specialises in Dilapidation matters and provide strategic advice to assist tenants and landlords at various stages of their property occupation and ownership
  • Project management including overseeing refurbishment works as Contract Administrator, Project Manager, or Employers Agent for CAT A and CAT B fitouts
  • Technical due diligence, conducting pre-acquisition surveys for single assets and property portfolios
  • Leasehold Advice, offering vendors surveys, pre-lease surveys and comprehensive leasehold advice
  • Building pathology: Diagnosing Defects, creating Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules, managing Tenant Alterations and preparing Schedules of Condition.
