  • Over 15 years’ experience specialising in Technical Due Diligence and Planned Maintenance services.
  • Service lead for Planned Maintenance leading large national portfolio instructions including, offices, residential and student sectors.
  • Undertaken Technical Due Diligence building surveys on a wide range of properties from small industrial units to landmark central London office buildings.
  • Extensive experience in the delivery of large multi asset national and pan European TDD portfolios.
