Jonathan Collett

  • An experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and Building Consultant specialising in the Project Management of commercial refurbishments, with further experience in defects analysis, technical due diligence, planned maintenance and landlord/tenant matters
  • In my primary role I manage all aspects of the refurbishment of industrial, commercial, office and retail properties, from inception to completion, with values of £50k to £5m and beyond.
