Innovation is built into everything we do. It’s part of our culture. We create an environment where people are empowered to share ideas, test new approaches and turn potential into practical improvements that benefit and deliver value for our clients.
Innovation at Hollis is structured, funded and continuous — embedded as an ongoing programme of improvement across the business as a company-wide platform designed to capture, develop and implememt ideas from colleagues.
Our Innovation Incubator
We developed our own internal innovation incubator that identifies, tests and scales new technologies, tools and ways of working across the business. High-potential ideas raised by our employees are piloted in test environments and refined based on measurable impact — ensuring innovation translates into real client and employee value, not just concepts.
How does it work?
- Submit ideas - anyone can submit their ideas, from quick process development ideas, to the larger, strategic developments
- Collaborate and refine - ideas are visible for everyone to review, comment and vote for
- Review and progression - Ideas follow different paths depending on complexity:
- High-impact ideas
→ Progress to the Innovation Pitch Pit for backing and investment 1 - Simpler ideas / quick wins
→ Move into moderation to assess feasibility and impact
- High-impact ideas
- Why it matters?
The Innovation Incubator sits at the heart of the Hollis' Programme Thrive and Step Change Technology, and it enables Hollis to:- Continuously improve processes and technology
- Enhance cross-team collaboration
- Drive up employee engagement in shaping the business.
What happens to successful ideas?
Ideas don't just sit dormant on a list, they become real business changes which helps the company to remain fluid and change with the market.
Working together, keeps our services and products evolving ahead of industry change.
