Hollis is expanding the support it can offer the Irish market with the appointment of Ciaran Gorham as Director based at Hollis’ Dublin office.

Ciaran, a lead for Technical Due Diligence and development monitoring, joins Hollis with over 20 years’ experience in the built environment sector. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor, and brings a strong track record of delivering high-end, commercially focused technical advice to lenders and investors. Ciaran will drive growth across Ireland and Europe, further strengthening Hollis’ client relationships in the region. This marks another important step in the firm’s European growth strategy and continued investment in senior talent to support clients across key markets.

Specialising in Technical Due Diligence and Project Monitoring, Ciaran joins  from Arcadis Dublin where his team provided high-end commercial advice to prospective homeowners, large developers and investors.
