Following our appointment for the dilapidations against the former tenant, Hollis project managed the £10m refurbishment of this 295,000sq.ft. unit ahead of occupation by a new tenant. The works included the installation of a 1.3MW rooftop PV array with 3,000+ panels. This is one of 12 sites we are working on with Tritax. Only 225kg/m2 of carbon used in the refurbishment of the building when compared to an equivalent new build of 485kg/m2, which is a carbon saving of over 50%!

We are currently working to deliver a large solar PV scheme for Tritax as part of a wider refurbishment of an old Tesco RDC in Stakehill, Manchester, part of a broader deployment of solar PV.
