The property was undergoing an extensive CAT B tenant fit out by multiple tenants concurrently. Fit-outs included office floors, extensive structural alterations for new staircases, news broadcasting studios and restaurants.

We project managed the base build design team (including architect, M&E design engineer and structural engineer) to review all the proposed tenant CAT B fit-outs (9 different schemes in total) to agree on licences for alterations.

We prepared tracker documents to monitor each scheme, undertook regular site inspections, liaised with solicitors, and acted as the client’s single point of contact for tenant liaison throughout the works.

The project was particularly challenging due to the multiple tenant fit-outs occurring concurrently. We ensured proposed fit-outs were agreed, and new leases were signed efficiently.
