We carried out project management, contract administration, design and measured survey services on this refurbishment and office extension in Hemel Hempstead.

The works included a full internal and external refurbishment of 100,000 sq ft with a further 10,000 sq ft of NIA gained through roof extensions, undercroft infills and removal of unnecessary staircases.

We provided Cat A office refurbishment, a re-modelled and refurbished reception, WCs and common parts, as well as a new cycle store and shower block. The project also included landscaping refurbishment and overhaul of the external grounds.

The property was shortlisted for the 2017 Architects Journal Retrofit Award and was shortlisted at the BCO Awards 2018 in the Refurbished / Recycled Workplace Category.
