We were appointed to provide tenant alterations services for an extensive Cat A and Cat B tenant fit out over multiple floors in a prime London location. The works included office fit-out, break out areas and auditorium rooms to create new UK HQ for Spotify.

We carried out a detailed desktop review of the tenant’s initial proposals in conjunction with a stakeholder meeting and site walkaround to familiarise ourselves with the site. Following that we prepared a detailed tracker document for logging information requested and when it was approved. We undertook regular site inspections during the works to monitor progress and any variations from the agreed scheme.

Regular design team meetings and monitoring of the works were fundamental to ensure the ever-evolving scope was adhered to. This also allowed for issues encountered on site to be dealt with quickly.

The works were documented under a number of licences and close liaison with solicitors was required to ensure the approved documents were attached correctly.
