For more than 10 years we’ve been a trusted surveying partner for SEGRO plc. As a leading owner and manager of industrial property, SEGRO aims to maximise customer value by providing well-located, sustainable buildings that offer flexibility in the way buildings are occupied. Speed counts: the faster project works are completed, the earlier customers can move in, and the quicker lease plans and schedules are agreed, the sooner income can be generated.

Our multi-service approach minimises management time by providing a single point of contact. By delivering different services concurrently – such as tendering new refurbishments while negotiating dilapidations with the outgoing customer – we save time and gain valuable insights from SEGRO’s clients. We also streamline processes by creating bespoke deliverables such as measured surveys, inventories, schedules of condition and methods to help improve EPC rating.

In total we respond to more than 100 instructions from SEGRO every year, largely to manage the outcomes of tenancy changes such as dilapidations, estate works and tenant alterations. Our knowledge of SEGRO’s estate and way of working helps us anticipate challenges and opportunities, enabling us to deliver the best possible outcomes rapidly for both SEGRO and its customers.
