This year’s RICS Dilapidations Forum Conference takes place on Thursday 27 September at Victoria Park Plaza Hotel in London. The annual event aims to provide critical updates for practising building surveyors, valuers and legal experts. There will be a variety of sessions from leading industry speakers including, this year, two from Malcolm Hollis.
Nicholas Dowding QC and Stephen Lemmon, Partner responsible for M&E, will be leading a session on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) alongside Peter Williams, Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer, from Shoosmiths. The session will cover:
> How do MEES operate?
> What works do I need to carry out to comply with MEES?
> What are the implications for dilapidations disputes?
