Malcolm Hollis has appointed Paul Lovelock as a Partner in our London City office, to bolster the rights of light and neighbourly matters team
Paul joins from Watts Group PLC, where he spent 27 years, working his way up quickly to director in its West End and latterly its City o London offices providing advice nationally to commercial and residential developers and neighbouring owners on neighbourly matters associated with construction work, notably Daylight & Sunlight Amenity, Rights to Light, Party Wall Matters and Access Agreements. He becomes Malcolm Hollis’ 38th Partner and will work closely alongside existing rights of light Partner Ian McKenna and party walls Partner James Audsley.
