As part of our expansion plans we have opened a new office in Milton Keynes.

This opening continues the active expansion programme that has underpinned our success in recent years. Over the past 12 months, we have opened offices in Berlin, Munich and Nottingham.

The Milton Keynes office will open initially with a team of 5, including industry specialists, providing a comprehensive service offering as is typical across our offices in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

Partner, Tom Pugh, will move from our London office to be the Partner in charge of Milton Keynes. Tom has over 15 years industry experience and presently heads our Area Referencing team, for which he is considered a leading industry expert. His move signals our decision to implement his specialist skillset within an area of strong economic growth, as well as ensuring staff wellbeing, by creating another ‘relief’ hub for those who currently reside in the Home Counties and commute into one of our London offices. Tom will continue to service clients in London, and Nationwide, from his new base in Milton Keynes.

Carl Sablon, Associate, will also relocate to the Milton Keynes office. Carl, a specialist in sheds for industrial or commercial use, will work as part of the team to service client demands, in an area densely populated with industrial and logistical sheds, attracting large businesses such as John Lewis, Waitrose and River Island.

Milton Keynes is an area of increasing economic strength, attracting a large amount of inward investment which is aiding the development of local infrastructure, housing and jobs. The opportunities in the city and across the midlands are huge, with Milton Keynes located in close proximity to the M1, it is quickly-becoming another key location along the Cambridge and Oxford corridor. We are well placed to assist existing and new clients to maximise on the potential.

“Predictions have placed Milton Keynes as a forerunner for growth this year and we’re keen to make the most of the increased activity. We are bridging the distance between our London and more northerly based offices, providing support to them and helping us to reach new clients. This also supports the Malcolm Hollis aim of ensuring the health and wellbeing of staff as the new office will work to provide relief for team members based more locally to Milton Keynes, saving time on commuting and improving overall work-life balance. I am excited to be part of this development,” says Tom Pugh.
