We’re pleased to launch a new Development Management service and appoint Sarah Trahair-Williams as a director to lead the new offering. 

The new service, which is designed to help developers and investors realise maximum returns, will provide end-to-end technical and strategic advice to our clients on all aspects of land and real estate acquisition, development, asset management and disposal. 

Sarah Trahair-Williams, who has previously held senior development and project management roles at Fore, Cubex and Turner & Townsend, will be responsible for growing our service line across the UK and Europe. Her role will include bringing together the market leading technical expertise found throughout the business, adding them to practical expertise in planning, legislation, financial modelling, market viability and construction.
