We are thrilled to announce that we are celebrating ten years of business in Wales.
We opened an office in Cardiff in 2008, and we will be celebrating this milestone at our annual mountain biking event, at Bike Park Wales later this year.
Following our entry into Wales over a decade ago, we have maintained a committed presence in Cardiff, where we offer a comprehensive list of services to a broad range of local and national clients.
Our team has forged relationships with many local businesses including Hugh James, John Winter Student Properties, Powell Lloyd and Jenkins Best.
We also boast an impressive track-record with national clients including AEW UK, M&G Real Estate, Telereal Trillium and Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Other occupier clients include Sports Direct International plc, Foot Locker, Amazon, Lakeland, Carmarthenshire Country Council and Wolseley UK Ltd.
Our Cardiff office is headed up by Partner, Philip White, and consists of a number of highly experienced surveyors including Senior Associate, Ross Powell, who specialises in dilapidations, technical due diligence and projects. He works with clients including M7 and LaSalle Investment Management. We have also welcomed a graduate building surveyor this summer, Callum Prichard. He joined following completion of his degree in Building Surveying from The University of Reading.
Commenting Partner Philip White, says: “This is a proud moment in the history of the Cardiff office and for Malcolm Hollis as an international brand. The commercial property market in Wales is buoyant, with Cardiff and Swansea hives of activity, and this offers many opportunities for us as a firm. We continue to develop our services for the benefit of our clients, growing our team to support our work. We look forward to another decade.”
