Malcolm Hollis is delighted to announce that Partner Anne Johnstone has been shortlisted in the Female Leadership category at the Building Awards 2018.

This category is designed to recognise and reward the stand out achievements of women working in construction, in an effort to identify and highlight positive role models who can enhance the sector’s appeal to other women. It also seeks to reward those who are working to encourage other women to develop careers in the sector.

About Anne Johnstone

Anne joined Malcolm Hollis as a Partner in 2016, tasked with establishing an in-house specialist Environmental team to support our core building surveying services. In January 2018 she was selected to head up our combined Environment, Energy & Sustainability service. As well as developing our range of specialist Environmental services Anne has been actively raising the profile of environmental and sustainability issues. In 2017 she was appointed UKELA Chair – the first non-lawyer to do so and only the second woman in its 30 year history. She is an inspiring role model to the growing numbers of female property professionals both within Malcolm Hollis and the wider industry and, through her professional visibility and standing, is committed to attracting and developing the role of females in the sector.

We would like to wish Anne and everyone else shortlisted a huge congratulations! To view the full list, click here.

The winners will be announced at the ceremony on Tuesday 06 November, 2018 which is being held at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
