A career highlight has been opening the Hollis Ashford office and seeing it triple in size in three years. Although it hasn’t come without its challenges, it has been hugely rewarding growing the work that we do in the South East, meeting new clients and building an incredibly talented local team. I find it immensely satisfying helping clients to achieve the best result possible on each instruction. I also enjoy working with our people internally to get things done and, perhaps most importantly, having fun doing it.
