Working with a business and brand who never stops wanting to achieve is hugely motivating. Whilst I am excited by continuing developments in technology, I would never want to lose sight of our people – our staff and our clients – and have technology replace all the value we galvanise from face to face interaction. Marketing and business development is all about encouraging people to engage with us. My challenge is to balance how we do that – whether it’s a marketing campaign to launch a new service or building relationships and understanding what makes clients tick whilst on a boat out on the Solent at Cowes week.
