There are so many exciting digital innovations coming into our industry. New opportunities are emerging from the use of laser scanners, drones and sensors through to mixed reality, artificial intelligence, robotics and digital twins. For me, the most important aspect is how these innovations in technology and data can be blended with the people and physical assets to improve the services we offer to our clients and how properties are managed and operated.
