One of the most rewarding aspects of what I do is helping to develop and enable talented individuals to carve out successful careers at Hollis. As a lifelong lover of sport, some of my greatest personal influences are sports team managers – those who aren’t afraid to adapt and change things for the benefit of their team to get the best results. I strive to apply those principles to my own management and leadership.
