My biggest achievement during my time at Hollis has been building and mentoring a highly successful team of ambitious, motivated and talented graduates – I feel a great sense of satisfaction seeing them mature and grow to become experts in their fields. In the coming years, sustainability will be a prominent issue across our industry. Real estate has a huge impact on the environment and I’m pleased to see more being done to address this by funders, owners and occupiers alike. Improved (and cheaper) sustainable technologies are likely to be a key feature of new and existing buildings.
