I love those occasions when I can see that we have added real value to a client instruction whether pre-acquisition advice or project refurbishment. I also continue to enjoy watching our Spanish profile and team go from strength to strength. One of the biggest influences in my career was my first ever manager, who taught me that if you do things by the book then you won’t get it wrong. This is something I keep in mind in everything I do.
