The best part of my work is collaborating with people at all levels to deliver a shared goal. Having a flat management structure at Hollis means that we all make a contribution to everything we do. Since I started in the Bristol office as a graduate, I’ve watched the team grow from three surveyors to an office ten times the size today. The collaborative culture still remains the same as it did on my very first day.
