It’s unique to find a business that places the same emphasis on excellence as it does on fun. It’s also hugely gratifying to be part of a company that places such a strong focus on mental wellbeing and support, which is quite rightly becoming an expectation across society and in the workplace. Looking ahead, it’s clear that our industry must embrace the sustainability challenges it faces. I’m incredibly proud of the work that we’ve done so far to actively measure, manage and reduce the impact of our own operations, such as achieving a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating for our Manchester office fitout, which is one of the first ‘excellent’ rated fitouts in Greater Manchester.
